Refund policy

Every feature is free to try for 14 days before you buy, so you can be sure it works with your printer, cards and people. If you buy and then change your mind, this is how refunds work.

Within 14 days of paying

Ask within 14 days of your payment and we’ll refund your order in full — you don’t need to give a reason. When the refund is made, the licence key is withdrawn and the PCs using it stop at their next licence check.

Bought more PCs than you need

Within the same 14 days we can refund the PCs you haven’t activated. Your key carries on for the rest.

After 14 days

Licences aren’t usually refundable after 14 days. If the Software doesn’t work materially as described and we can’t put it right within a reasonable time, we’ll refund you (see section 8 of the terms and conditions).

How to ask

Email support@4mec.co.uk from the address you paid with. Tell us the date you paid (or the receipt number) and, for part of an order, how many PCs to refund. We reply within two working days.

How you’re refunded

To the card you paid with, through Stripe. It usually reaches your account within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank. Orders paid by invoice are refunded by bank transfer; the 14 days run from the invoice date.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights, and nothing in it affects them.
